Terms of use
These terms cover use of Construction Waste Houston and the requests submitted through this website.
Requests and confirmed services
This website provides construction-waste planning information and a request route for commercial disposal and dumpster services. Submitting a form requests information or a quote. It does not create a reservation, establish a final price, guarantee capacity or authorize arrival or unloading.
The relevant receiving or service operator confirms material eligibility, pricing, timing and any service terms for the actual load or project. A service agreement, receiving instructions and applicable operator terms govern the work itself. Keep those confirmations with your project records.
Material and project information
Describe the load accurately, including its main materials, source, approximate quantity and any unusual components. A commercial or industrial project name does not make all waste acceptable. Do not conceal excluded or regulated material inside an ordinary construction-debris load.
General guides explain planning concepts. They are not project-specific engineering, environmental, legal or transport advice. They do not replace site conditions, equipment ratings, applicable requirements or the receiving operation’s assessment. Illustrative calculations use stated inputs and are not loading approvals.
Brand and operators
Construction Waste Houston connects commercial contractors and haulers with disposal requests handled by DW Companies and Tannahill Transfer Station. Houston Crushed Concrete handles the separate concrete/asphalt receiving operation at the shared Holmes facility. Each operator confirms and provides its own services.
Operator names, addresses and contact details identify the actual receiving paths. General website information can change; obtain the instructions applicable to the trip or service you are arranging.
Responsible website use
Use the form for genuine service requests. Do not submit unlawful content, attempt to interfere with the site or impersonate another person. External websites and maps have their own terms. The privacy notice explains the website’s request information handling.
For questions about a request or these terms, use the published contact information and identify Construction Waste Houston. These terms were prepared on October 22, 2026.
